Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 15, 2026. This policy covers the website srtwo70.com, operated by Smith Robinson Real Estate Two70, a team of Real Estate Two70 in Rexburg, Idaho. It does not cover Two70.com or any MLS or brokerage system we link to, which have their own policies.

What we collect

Information you give us. When you submit a form — a home valuation request, a contact form, a buyer questionnaire, or a showing request — we receive what you type: typically your name, email address, phone number, and details about the property or your search. We use it to respond to you and to provide real estate services. Nothing more.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our host records standard request data such as IP address, browser type, referring page and the pages you view. We use a small amount of browser storage to remember whether you have already been shown a pop-up, and to keep staff-only pages logged in.

Advertising and analytics

Some pages on this site load the Meta (Facebook) advertising pixel. It sets a cookie in your browser and reports two things to Meta: that a page was viewed, and when a lead form was submitted. We use it to measure whether our advertising works and to show ads to people who have visited the site.

You can limit this. Meta's own controls are at facebook.com/adpreferences, and most browsers let you block third-party cookies or send a Global Privacy Control signal. Blocking these cookies will not affect your ability to use this site or contact us.

One page embeds a Google Map, which Google may use to set its own cookies.

What we do not do

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with other agents or brokerages for their own marketing. We do not send your form submissions to advertising platforms — the pixel records that a submission happened, not what you wrote in it.

Who we share information with

Only the service providers we need to do the work: our website host, our email provider, our transaction and showing software, and — if you become a client — the title company, lender and other parties to your transaction. We also disclose information where the law or Idaho real estate regulation requires it.

How long we keep it

Inquiry records are kept while we may still reasonably do business with you. Records tied to a completed transaction are kept as long as Idaho real estate record-keeping rules require.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can unsubscribe from any marketing email using the link in that email, or by replying and telling us to stop. To make any of these requests, email [email protected] or call (208) 499-4016.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
