What this site is

This site is marketing and general information. Nothing on it is an offer to buy or sell real estate, a solicitation in any state where we are not licensed, or legal, tax, financial or appraisal advice. Using this site does not make us your agent. An agency relationship begins only when you and a broker sign a written representation agreement.

Property information

Listing details, prices, availability, square footage, lot size, taxes, schools and boundaries come from the Snake River MLS, county records, builders and sellers. We believe them reliable, but we do not guarantee them and they change without notice. Verify anything you rely on, and measure anything that matters to you.

Market data and estimates

Market reports, neighborhood pages and any home value tool on this site are estimates built from aggregate data. They are not appraisals and they are not a promise of what a home will sell for. Only a licensed appraiser can give you an appraised value.

Home valuation requests

Asking for a valuation starts a conversation with us. It does not obligate you to list, to sell, or to work with us, and it does not obligate us to represent you.

Your use of the site

Do not scrape, republish or resell content from this site, use it to build a competing database, or attempt to break its security. The text, photography, video and design here are ours or licensed to us, and remain so.

Links to other sites

We link to Two70.com, the MLS, lenders, title companies and other services. We do not control them and we are not responsible for what they do with your information.
