Responsiveness comes up more than anything else. Not marketing, not negotiation, but the simple fact that we pick up the phone. In a business where a slow callback can cost someone a house, that turns out to be the thing clients remember.
Selling after another agent could not. Several of these reviews are from sellers who came to us after a listing expired elsewhere. That is usually a pricing and marketing problem rather than a market problem, and it is fixable.
No pressure. A recurring note is that we did not push. We would rather tell someone a house is wrong for them and earn the next three referrals than close one deal we should not have.
